The rule on this one is actually very clear. If JUST the toe touches, you're fine, but if the rest of your foot subsequently comes down out of bounds, it's incomplete.


The play doesn't stop the moment the toe touches, if your foot rolls the rest of the way down, the entire foot has to be inbounds
