If you have been watching the game then you'll know this is another example of a 99 rating telling the wrong story. Bortles has been mostly bad today. The Refs haven't helped at times, but Bortles has repeatedly thrown at linemen and made bad decisions.

Even the bills game we dominated and barely came away with a win. Gus isn't a winner.
