I agree. It's all a game, but it's pretty obvious they will move him for an offer. At the end of the day I think they'll move him for almost ANY offer but might as well try to work it as best as possible.
Please Chicago, take Foles.

Well, they need to move him sooner rather than later. Once Brady and Rivers ink new deals it causes other QB needy teams to shift their draft boards around. You [BLEEP] around and not pull the trigger on a deal and you'll see that team move up and get one of the rookies in the top ten instead.

If they're rolling with Minshew and you already invested a 5th RD pick in Dobbs last year just [BLEEP] pull the trigger on Foles already and be done with it. You'll get some cap space back. You'll put this nightmare behind us.

Chicago is in play now for Foles and Dalton per Ed Werder. They need to stop [BLEEP] around and pull the trigger. Take a 4th or 5th for him. Let's go.
PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF MY SANITY TRADE FOLES TO THE BEARS.

I need some good news.
They practically gave away Bouye & Campbell for [BLEEP] all draft capital wise. I would take anything the Bears throw at me at this point. 4th - 6th? Have him.
Do it! Trade him! It's there! Do it!
They are going to keep trying for better offers and the Bears will fill the spot with another player. #BecauseJaguars
I'd bite the bullet and jettison his financial obligations(s).

Time Will Tell.

NH3...

I'm sure they are but Rivers and Brady are out there for nothing but money, and Dalton is getting trade interest too. They're playing with fire.

Yep. The Bears drafted Trubisky over Mahomes & Watson. They then traded for Mack and they really are in "win now" mode. Foles at least has a respectable showing in the play-off's and he's at least shown he can win on the big stage. That's a decent enough selling point there.

He got hurt early here last year. Our offense is [BLEEP] box and was not built to protect a true pocket passer. At least Nagy has some familiar offensive looks in his system due to the Reid/Reich/Pederson connections. Just trade him. I don't get it. No other team is going to be interested in him.

I am not saying you're going to fleece the Bears in this situation. But you need to make a move and you need to make it now.

Those markets aren't the same markets as Foles has. Rivers and Brady are going to teams to start (Indy and Bucs most likely).

Dalton and Foles are going to teams to be a backup/competition, there will be more than 2 teams looking for either

Brady's signing can also shift other QB's around. Brady could sign with the Raiders or 49ERS for all we know. This may cause Carr and Garoppolo to move.

Sure, point being if we have a trade on the table we should not try to get fancy. It's Nick Foles not an actually valuable player.
In 2014, the Jags traded Blaine Gabbert to San Francisco for a 6th round pick, and in 1980, the young US olympic hockey team beat the heralded Russians. ...miracles happen.

Can we add in 2019, the Jags traded Nick Foles and got ______ (anything)?

I even picked the saddest one  Laughing
We don't know what the offer has been. Maybe the Bears asked for us to throw in a 2nd round pick. I would say no to that.

I wouldn't throw in any compensation. Screw that. I will keep him if that is the case.
