He hasn't even been accused of treason.
This guy makes some good points but reaches no conclusion.

The word treason was thrown around quite a bit after the events of January 6th.  Probably by you, but I really don't have the time/inclination to dig through old threads and you would deny it anyway.

The word insurrection is defined in the US code. Look it up!  It's pretty different from the definition of treason.
