The club seats renovations are great. I like how the team and the city are basically building a new stadium piece by piece.

I want to like budlight for making a cool Jag beer can, but they make the same thing for 27 other teams and their beer is plum terrible, so I have to decline to drink one. Looks cool all the same.

What about the other four teams? No love for them from AB?

Agreed. I have wanted Marcedes to be in Nashville for the last 5 years.

Yep.  Sure beats razing and/or relocating, and takes a lot less outlay at one time.

It's stuff like this that truly make you proud to be a Jaguars fan through the up's and down's. Khan has been the best thing that has possibly happened to this city in a very long time… 

 

The only thing that is left now is winning - and I think we are very close to that.

Definitely. The amphitheater/covered field will be next.

 

I am guessing at some point in the next couple years that the rest of the seats in the stadium will be replaced as well.

 

Khan has said he wants everything to be first rate and he has been a man of his word at this point.

 

Interesting discussion I caught on the Metro Jacksonville forum mentioning Khan potentially taking over the Metro Park site:

 

Spring, 2017 is the target date for completion of the south end zone project.  It will be open for plenty of events before it’s ever used as an covered practice field.
 
Once that’s done, Khan has plans for the Shipyards project, probably starting a little east of the actual shipyard property with a luxury hotel, a walk-bridge to the stadium, public spaces, some retail, a spot for the USS Adams and, maybe, even docking space for Shad’s mega yacht “Kismet.”

Hopefully one day the "on the field" ROI helps to justify the Club expense.

A handful of teams have another company as their official beer sponsor. I know Green Bay has Miller Lite and I'm guessing Denver has Coors.

I don't think Denver has Coors,i should know the answer to that buuuut not 100℅ sure.
