he's trimmed down to 250 lbs, at least according to our website.

it seems his goal has been to make use of his athleticism more and to focus on being lean and fast.  It looks like it is working.

The one where he spins past Parnell, then comes back across him for the sack and makes Parnell fall without touching him was pretty amazing.

That footwork, wow.  Arob never gives away what route he is running.  I want a slowmo version of that video, looks like he takes unnecessary steps  but every single one of them is for a reason.

Can't wait to see Fowler against another teams left tackle. He's abusing ours, but that isn't saying much. That vine of him abusing Parnell is awesome.

Fowler's quickness is ridiculous it's like he's juking which is so unique but it looks nasty!

Arob is really amazing. 

 

Fowler really encouraging, Amukamara seems like he did a good job as well. 

 

I haven't seen much of Jack but the few times i've watched he appears to be moving around faster with every practice, hopefully he's starting to get a good understanding of what they want him to do. Wash seemed pleased with his progress before practice started.

 

Bowman could be a really nice surprise, reading he beated all LB he was up against in drills (unfortunately not against Jack who was facing RBs) was good and he appears to have good hands.

 

A bit concerned about the Oline though. We'll see how it goes but that left side...

Smh....Arob and Dante are looking like the best things since sliced bread and koolaid right now!!!

This was a great read and article, very encouraging to read about his progress and great quotes from Wash, Poz and Jack himself.

His athleticism and freaky speed are obvoius but this guy is going all out to learn fast and he's definitely a worker. 

 

Like with Dante Fowler: very encouraging.
