Tell all the guys that he has beat out for a roster spot over the years just how easy it is to replace him. I'm sure they would value your qualified opinion on the subject.

 

I guarantee if we cut him he would be immediately snatched up and be a major contributor in someone's NFL lineup come week 1 and will probably see more action than any of these rookie UDFAs that are supposed to easily replace him.

Yep. While there are only so many 4-3 schemes in the league - here's an article that lists him as 10th among 4/3 SAMS in the league. (March 2016)

That's not something you just casually replace In June/July -it's more indicative of a solid chess piece that you eventually draft over and turn into depth if possible.

I agree with Badger ... Skuta is expendable... Id rather see Jack,Smith and Poz.. This team probably can get the same amount of production from a rookie, as they getting from Skuta.. I believe on any other team he is backup...And hell yes he is making too much..

What Skuta is making is completely irrelevant.  Maybe if the team was cap strapped, it might matter, but they're not.  If he offers decent, experienced depth on the roster, his price tag means nothing.

LB's that look as beat up as he did in that mug shot, usually play arena football. Don't know what his excuse was... did he get in a fight with Butterbean or something.
