Not necessarily windows.  But there are lots of places you can see directly into because the walls are mostly made of glass.

I've seen multiple people reference the Fowler incident and the Skuta incident.  I know what they are trying to insinuate and its sad.  They are two entirely different sets of circumstances.  I assure you that if video comes out of Skuta face palming a woman into a window, attitudes will change. 

 

The Fowler incident was sad in a whole different way.

Maybe her ex was inside and he was recreating the Good Will Hunting "do you like apples?" scene with her face.
