Wondering the same. The police report states he was arrested without incident so it wasn't OPD that gave it to him. Me thinks there's more to the story....

Brent Martineau on 1010xl has a statement from his lawyer. Apparently Skuta was with his girlfriend at the time of the incident and claims it was actually the victim who was harassing him and his girlfriend, the victim hit him and they reference his black eye in the mugshot. He has not been charged as it stands today.

smh.  BCC just pulled the FIRE SKUTA! story.   The one where Hank Jones had "inside information" that it was an "open and shut case".

Yea, you're right.  It's either back on the main page or I didn't see it before.  Either way the feature on the front page was replaced with a more sane headline given the extremely sketchy information.  I think Alfie and crew are still holding onto their belief that they somehow already know what happened.

BCC have deleted all their tweets to me.Alfie won't reply anymore and that Zach guy is still saying that Skuta has to be guilty.
