Interesting that Gus and Dave both mentioned how hard it is to find a free safety. Could be a ruse for other teams to think they have a strong interest in Ramsey. Could be legit. I love the offseason.

So 5-11 is right about where he thought we'd be....that's just sad.  Also, it rings hollow because this team was labeled as "built" before the season......revisionist history at its finest.

With those 3 guys and a guy like Ramsey or VH3 and an upgrade at LT and we'd be 10 wins next year.

He's gotta know ball park what our cap space situation is yet he balked at the question regarding it.  His response was "I'll have to get back to you on that."

 

Do other teams not have that information already?  The only reason I could see him balking at it is if it's not known throughout the league at this time.

I like Colvin but I would still take Monroe if we had been guaranteed he would resign due to the importance of the position


Not a big fan of Monroe but he was an above average tackle and better than what we currently have.


As withb all gms wins and losses but with Caldwell most definitely bigger wins than losses

The extra picks also gave us the freedom/ammunition to trade up for Allen Robinson and Brandon Linder. Also, Monroe has been worse than Joekel and is one of the main reasons the Ravens are in a horrible cap situation.

Probably because he'll cut some players (Clemons/Beadles/Gerhart), so whatever number we're at right now is irrelevant.
