channeling my inner Sting..... GUUUUSSSSSS CAAAANNNNN!
Quote:*sigh*

How can you make this argument when you have no idea how injured Luck is?
He clearly won't play if he is significantly injured.

A hobbled Luck is better than Hasselbeck. People stating that they would rather play Luck than Hasselbeck have no clue what they're talking about.

Honestly I think we win with either one back there. With luck you're more likely to get a turnovers. HB will play conservative. Wasn't hasselback the qb of the Seahawks when they went to the super bowl like 10ish years ago? I know they lost but I can't remember.
Quote:That's a pretty respectful comment. With all due respect, I hope Mike Chappell (whoever he is) gets hit by a dookie bomb from a commercial plane arriving from India.

True, who would want to play against an injured turnover machine who is playing at the bottom of the barrel level this year.  They have no clue!

Yea.

He's also the guy who said "We want the ball and we're gonna score" against the Packers in a playoff game. Then threw a pick 6 on his first throw to lose the game.

Glad we agree.
The betting lines are moving with Luck's uncertain status. Some have moved us from as high as 9 point underdogs down to a pick em game.

I hope he doesn't think he's fooling anyone.

and he will...

if he CAN throw, he will
If the jags dont beat a Luckless colts team by at least 10 points Gus should be immediately shown the door.

So 9 points fired, ten points all good? Got it.

I've always wondered about some of the fans on the board that always complain no matter what; would you be happy if you were proved wrong about the team and they won, or do you just want to be proven right? I'm not talking only about you of course just noticed you were one of the more negative commenters and would like to know the thought process.

they usually disappear until losses or problems come back.

Then there are the extremely bi-polar ones that think Blake is a bust, then a franchise guy, then a bust again in a matter of 3 weeks

We know the colts are hot garbage aside from Andrew Luck. A 17-13 win is what I fully expect, but that to me would still be a disappointment, and more proof that our offense isnt remotely where it needs to be.

Please go away. This is the NFL. A win is a win regardless, you don't get credit for style points.

That's great but you didn't really answer my question. If you jags won by 15-20 would you be happy to be proven wrong or would you be mad. It seems like a silly question but I've noticed that some posters seem happy to be right even if that means they were right about the jags doing badly.

You're telling me that we shouldnt beat hasselback by more than 3 points? Jesus christ people, how low has Gus gotten your expectations?
