So now the question is "dumb", even though you provided a link that you later admitted did not "answer" my "dumb" question.

It was dumb when I answered it. It's dumb now. The answer is still the same, unless you tell me that no black person in the world owns a mutual fund which you probably will. It's your alternate reality and I can't help you because I'm not a psychiatrist.
