Oh man, I hope so. 

It really sounds like he can return. I really hope he does!

More like 2016 after all his legal issues are resolved.

I wonder if Blake Bortles will reach out and invite Justin to his workouts.

 

That would awesome on so many levels, especially if the offer was accepted.

Can he participate with the receivers, even though this will be considered  a not sponsored workout by the team?

Cooper/Robinson on the outside with Blackmon in the slot would be elite

Even if Blackmon is reinstated, can he really be seen as a dependable WR again? he surely will have a lot of rust coming off of himself after not playing for 2 years.

He played out of the slot a lot with this team.

Im on the fence with this, im not real sure what to think.

 

On one hand, I want to be optimistic and say Blackmon of old is can only be seen as an upgrade if he keeps his priorities straight

 

On another, I see a guy who wont be able to shed his demons and just end up out of the league in less than 2 years

 

Which one do we get?

If he does make it back onto the playing field, anything he gives the Jags will be a plus.

I'm thinking ARob at split-end, Blackmon at flanker, and Hurns in the slot. Lee would basically be their #4 utility WR as I imagine Shorts moving on somewhere else. If we do know that Blackmon is back, there's really no need to look for another WR in free agency or the draft.
