A temporary ban on all Muslims entering the country was not necessary to write up a no-fly list when the Department of Homeland Security was created. Somehow the CIA and DHS could pick out certain names, allowing people with any other name to visit or move to America. If they can do that, why should any type of ban on Muslims in general be applied?

These are refugees, meaning they might be leaving their countries with no supporting documents. Should we just take their word that they are who they say they are?

What scared me off was the blanket statement that implied Muslims can't even file paperwork to enter the country with documents.

Why does it scare you that they might have to wait a little longer? Again, not a permanent ban, just a temporary halt for them.

I just hate the idea that many innocent Muslims have to be treated differently just because their religion is linked to terrorism.
