At minimum, I think we can assume Wash is gone, which, thank [BLEEP] god.
They have praised him and given him big hugs coming off the field. Nothing verbally in the last week though.

Let's HOPE Wash is gone...because, if he isn't, we can already assume the worst will continue to happen to this defense, barring Caldwell bringing in a super talented Dlineman or two

Yesterday:
“I have a lot of respect for Coach Marrone,” Campbell said. “He kept us together through all the thick and thin, ups and downs this season and kept us focused. Obviously, we didn't play as good as we wanted to this whole season but being able to finish all that we have and stay together is really a testament to his coaching ability. I think we can win a Super Bowl with him as our head coach.”
Defensive end Yannick Ngakoue agreed, saying, “At the end of the day, I have nothing but love and respect for Doug.”

I mean Calais hypes every single person you ask him about.
The players apparently love Doug so much but quit for almost all of the second half of the season bar yesterdays game and a quarter Vs the raiders

Referencing Wash not Marrone. They are openly trying to keep Marrone but nothing in the last few weeks for Wash.

This team. Even when they beat up on creampuffs in 2017 were looking to get rid of Wash.
Virtually every off season with Wash as the DC we've seen grumblings about his approach from certain players.
Where there's smoke. There's fire. Wash should have been shown the door along with Hackett last year.

Did you see the players that he had starting? At one point in time, we had 7 UNDRAFTED Free Agent Defensive players on the field --- 6 of which were starters. Thanks Tom and Dave.

I'm sorry he hurt you.
Of all the misery we've endured, and wasted cap spent on undeserving guys, this is the oddest cross upon which to nail oneself.
Dude is still out there and working. Not like he's flippin' Who Douglas.
Complete let down this staff wasn’t fired today. Guess we are rolling with the same [BLEEP] next season. Honestly makes zero sense unless they are purposely trying to force this team to London. There isn’t an argument at all you can make to retain Todd Wash. Just a let down.
The players’ love for Marrone reminds me of the same things that were said about Gus.
Wait wait wait... is Marrone seriously going to be the head coach for next season? And Caldwell the GM? And Wash the DC?
Jesus motherloving christ I cannot stand this franchise any longer. I thought today was the day we got all of our late christmas gifts and a possible Mike Mccarthy union soon thereafter.
Good [BLEEP] god.

We don't know yet. Hopefully tomorrow afternoon.

And in 2017 he had Pro Bowl level players at just about every position, but couldn't come close to the 200 Ravens or 1985 Bears.
I'd call myself a homer and a thick teal shades wearer
but
potentially keeping Caldwell AND Marrone is a major let down
Wash must go, for obvious reasons. Players dont play above what they are under him.
DFlip must go, he reminds me of Olson, can get you some good stats, but he isnt calling or scheming winning football.
If Marrone stays, who would want to replace Wash knowing they have 1 year? They are going to need 2-3 years to get any top options. Yeah for 3 more years of the same.
