I don't think he will be fired today. If he does get fired, it won't be til mid-week like Khan said or else that makes Khan look even worse in this whole situation especially after he stated he would meet with the coaches mid-week. Just my opinion.
I don't get Tony Khan going out and saying the reports were false since it now turns out it was true just looks bad.

Why do you say it was true?
This win today is going to hurt so bad.

1. Saves the horrible coaching staff.
2. Hurts draft order.
3. Builds false hope that the team isn't that bad.

If one game saves the coaching staff after a warning last season was followed by another bad season, then Khan it's not a man of his word.
If some don't think a spot of two matters then why is it so expensive to move up a spot of two?
If the team isn't that bad then the coaching staff is HORRIBLE.

Today's game doesn't erase the chasm of epic failures and mistakes made this year.

Khan can't be that short sighted. And he's more than likely reached out to a consultant for his next moves.

Tired of hearing about draft order this and draft order that. I want you to personally go back and look at every single first round draft pick this team has ever made.

Go back. Look. Dig into it. Tell me what you find. After you realize it means literally [BLEEP] all. Go outside. Stretch. Take a deep breath. And relax.

2019 is over my friend. Get you a beer or two. Rest up for 2020. Cheers!

We will have #9 and #20 in the draft.

We can fix some big holes with that.

Oh that's a painful assignment you've given me! Hopefully someone new will end that streak this coming draft. Good point though.

So long 2019, and to you sir ..... cheers
Pyrrhic victory

I have really disliked tony as of recent, but if right after that hand slap he did one of his awful stone cold stunners to Doug, it would instantly change my opinion.
Black Sunday has begun...

Cleveland fires Freddie Kitchens after one year of failing with a loaded roster on offense with easily the toughest team in his division in the AFC this year in Baltimore.

I really, really hope Khan doesn't [BLEEP] this up. I get it. You signed them through 2021. That didn't stop you from firing Coughlin.

You cannot go into 2020 with these two dick head's sitting in your war room during draft weekend or during free agency. You just can't.

If I were betting the odds, I’d put money on both being back.

Garrett is done in Dallas. His contract expired. So he won't be fired. But he's basically fired as well.

Giants are reportedly moving on from Shurmur after two years I think as well. Leave it to [BLEEP] Khan to be too damn chicken [BLEEP] to do the same.

I just cant see how they think this staff will suddenly get it right. It's been the same mistakes, same poor play for 2 years. We can go on about 2017 as much as we like but one good season doesn't cover everything.

They have to go

I wondered about Shurmur. NY is a tough place to coach and 2 awful seasons isn't going to cut it. Gentleman is torched the roster so not all Shurmurs fault but that will be an attractive job. Plus a high draft pick if the new HC isn't sold on Jones
Man that was a good win. I think marrone easily earned another year with that one. The team clearly didn't quit and if Coughlin hadn't forced Foles back in we might be 8-8 or 9-7 looking atthe playoffs even with Ramsey getting run off by Coughlin. I for one am totally on the Caldwell and Marrone train next season. I don't know for sure we will get back to playoffs but I think we just might.

NFL leader in penalties. Redzone and 3rd down ineffectiveness. Historically terrible stretches of being ousted by 17+ points in 5 consecutive weeks.

Multiple games with 200+ yards surrendered on the ground with a few other games coming damn near close.

Failing to rotate RB's. Failing to address the OL issues. Failing to get the TE position addressed. List goes on and on.

Doubling down on that is suicide. If Khan doesn't fire Marrone and Caldwell I can only hope they have enough dignity to [BLEEP] step down.

Doubtful. But respectable.

You sound like my best friend who had a girlfriend that became an exgirlfriend but she rocked his world like a Texas tornado in the bedroom every once in awhile.

So he would let her hang around here and there while she also wrecked his world outside the bedroom like a Texas tornado.

It's fun. But it's not good for you.

I really hope today's win doesn't make Khan think "Well there you go, they're absolutely the answer for this team going forward" still..buuut I'm getting a feeling that by Wednesday we're gonna find out EVERYBODY's staying for another year!
