Khan needs to put his money up and refund season tickets when they don't make the playoffs. He is betting on this trash, so why would I continue to buy tickets?

I think we sometimes forget that NFL teams consist of a fairly small number of people, and the stress level is naturally high. To have sustained success you need a defined culture and everyone pulling in the same direction. Coughlin and Ramsey, for all their talents, were polar opposites, and their battle of egos created a stressful working environment. They are now gone. Shad likes Dave Caldwell, Dave and Tony Khan have a good relationship, and Marrone has the locker room. I think if the people in the building like each other, it's a lot easier to succeed. So we should maybe look at this as Shad wanting to continue building the culture with people he likes and trusts. We do have some draft capital, some building blocks, a good kicking game and the best QB situation in many years.
The scene from The Dark Knight is very applicable to this situation:

Gambol (Jaguars fans) : You think you can steal from us and just walk away?

The Joker (Shad Khan) : Yeah.
Cleveland is eyeing Stefanski. And Dorsey is fixing to be fired. That'll be an interesting move for Mayfield.

Stefanski would get a lot out of Chubb. Figure out a way to balance the offense out like he's done with Cousins.

Waiting to see where McCarthy and his staff end up. I just really hope Khan didn't make a mistake again by retaining these two.

You missed on a chance to hire Shanahan and Lynch. You missed on a chance to hire Bruce Arians. I just really, really hope we're not having this conversation again in 2020 while teams like the Browns and Buccaneers are on the up and up.

What do you expect him to say?  It will be the same dumb [BLEEP] coach speak you hear after every loss.  It's on him, he'll get it done, blah blah blah.

That made me laugh.

So in Shad's world accountability means being within  2 games or so of the division lead halfway through the season. I don't have any words for how stupid this is.

Khan needs to stop huffing Rainbow Bright's butthole.
If we want to keep Yan, Wash has to go. It is clear Yan doesn't like the guy.
Wash absolutely needs to go
DimsonI am waiting until after the press conference to make up my mind about this situation. I am really interested to hear what Marrone has to say.

He switched to salami with all this free money Khan has given him

Still going on, nothing said other than I have a plan to put coaches and players in better positions to perform. Anyone that touches the players will make changes to how they touch the players.

Doug looks defeated.

Doug keeps talking about better communication from top to bottom. What was stopping this already? Is he such a beta to allow TC to run everything?
