Look harder. I've been one of the biggest apologists on this forum. Up until this game I have backed Gus on every turn. Stop being a panzy and getting offended by people calling a bad team bad.

His play is a problem at the moment but you saying he's absolute trash is way over the line. But yes keep crying about bortles when the real problem is the coaching.

Yes coaching makes Bortles throw ducks. Coaching makes Bortles throw behind or over players. Coaching is why Bortles had 3 turnovers today and 18 interceptions last year (not to mention the fumbles and lateral penalties). Coaching is what makes Bortles wind up like a baseball player.

 

Or... OR. He could just suck. So many of his throws last year were hail marys that worked out because talent caught the ball (Robinson). Everyone would say "oh those are designed that way". Pfft. He sucks and can't throw accurately and his receivers bail him out. That's more like it.

Bortles is not as big of a problem as you think he is… You might either be:

 

A ) Gus' wife or

 

B ) Bortles is coaching up your daughter.

Yeah, it takes too many losing seasons and blowout games for me to come around. So sorry I tried to stick in there and give Gus the benefit of the doubt all these games. My bad!
