You got a personal vendetta against me and attack every post I make. I value your opinion as much as Dave Caldwell's at this point. It's hilarious you have audacity to criticize someone's opinions. Even comping them to Caldwell
You have some of the most terrible takes and any "personal vendetta" anyone has against you is brought on by your numerous threads of manure.
C'mon Kane. You're pic thing states that you are the Troll Killer !!! Get to work.

compare the two:

Bort (1st 3 yrs) - 244.4 avg y/gm
There were weeks where Gabby struggled to break 100 yards passing for the day. Bort was usually good for 100 yards in the fourth Q alone, once garbage time was in full swing. You either are too young to have witnessed the agony of the Gabbert years or you and I have a vastly different definition of horrendous.

Gabbert did a great job of handing the ball off for the Bucs in the 4th quarter Sunday.

and just because you post "[name] is horrendous / should be fired" threads as soon as they are affiliated with the team doesn't make you a visionary. Those were equally knee-jerk posts that only encountered resistance because the rest of the fans were at least willing to see whether or not something worked before bringing out the pitchforks.
I mean, I'm glad you're exercising patience toward the new regime. Maybe you wouldn't have caught the heat that you have in the past if you did that back then, too.

Trevor was NEVER horrendous. I know for a fact that you were around during Gabbert's time here. Anyone who was a fan during those years cannot use "horrendous" to describe any other QB's play after that debacle.
Trevor was trying to do too much himself? absolutely.
Trevor was making dumb mistakes? for sure.
Trevor cost us a game? debatable, if at all.
Trevor was horrendous? not a chance.

it's not personal. Had anyone else posted the same dumb take, I'd have called them out for posting a dumb take, too. You chose to refer to TLaw as "horrendous" two (three?) weeks into his professional career. Go ahead and pan every hire so you can claim "first!". Guess what? A lot of people weren't happy with ANY of the hirings you immediately sought to have undone, they just chose to wait and see whether the team finally got one right. Some of us choose not to blurt out FIRE EM ALL the day change comes along, but go ahead and keep doing so. Just don't wreck your shoulder patting yourself on the back.
This may be my first ignore. I am honored.

Gabbert also now has a nice and SHINY Super Bowl Ring.....
But yeah, I remember those were SPECIAL days when he had 200+ passing yards. In 3 years (28 games) he had 7 games of 200+ passing yards. ONE 300+ yard passing game, and 5 games of 2+ TDs.
Ouch
I stand corrected. I forgot how bad gabby was. What a bust! I think the bottles bust was more troubling because the jags actually had a superbowl caliber team. The good ole days.
Bottles was light years better than Gabbert. Bortles actually had good games at times, I don't ever remember Gabbert having a good games. I don't see how anyone could forget how bad Gabbert was

Yup those Gabbert years of QB play were dreadful.
Through out 26 games (I didn't include 2 games because one of them he only attempted 6 passes, which was when he took over for Luke. The other he got hurt and only attempted 2 passes) over his 3 years here, he only threw for 300 yards or more once.
He only threw for 200 yards or more 7 times.
100 yards or less 4 times.

So many bad drafts at qb. Just wow

We even traded up from #16 to #10 to draft Gabs. JJ Watt was drafted #11. Ryan Kerrigan was taken #16 and he has had himself a very nice career. Of course we all know what kind of a beast Watt has been.
Just makes that trade sting just a little bit worse.

I've never been ignored. Then again, I don't think I care enough to call people out on their idiocy all that much anymore. Hard to ruffle feathers if you roll your eyes and move on.

Hey, if I can get Mod status I'd clean this board up real quick.
Of course then there'd only be a dozen or so posters left probably

Wingard did a nice job staying within 5 yards of the Seahawk that returned our onside kick for a TD.
