After less than one year in Jacksonville, Urban Meyer is out as the Jaguars' head coach, sources tell ESPN.

I was waiting for an outlet to report it. This makes it official. Now, who takes over?

OC to be interim coach.

Now, if we can get Baalke out of here, we could finally start trying to turn this thing around. It's gonna take a long time, but at least the process could start.

It doesn't really matter. They'll be a lame duck until the end of the season. Hopefully, we'll bring in someone with some true NFL experience that knows what they are doing.

Now that Meyer is gone, likely all the coaches and Coordinators are too at the end of the season. A new Head Coach is gonna want to bring in his own people.

The main focus for the coaching search should start and end with who can help Trevor Lawrence succeed with this team. Bring in an offensive mind who knows what he is doing.

I know it’ll be extremely (maybe impossible) to hire someone worse than Meyer, but let’s finally get it right this time.

Agreed.

Does this mean Urban and Khan are no longer golf buddies?  

This means Khan is serious about turning things around. He took a nice financial hit for it.
