Penny is saying that the new law will "kill many trans or queer people".  Essentially she/he is admitting that trans/queer people are basically pedophiles.  Democrats like you agree with her/him.  Democrats like you like to protect trans/queer people as if they are "normal".  They are not.

I don't think it will happen like that, but we shall see.  Agreed they are not normal, but, neither are you, neither am I, etc.
I'm not opposed to the death penalty and I'm not opposed to it for proven pedos.
