Quote:So just because i dont live there that means im not a fan? I have been to Jacksonville plenty of times to attend games. I've been to 6 home games. And i was at the Jets game this past season. How do i bash them, because i complain how the organization is run. Have they given me any reason not to?
Buuuwwwaaaaaa. Yeah man your a huge fan. My bad. Six whole games? You da man.
Quote:It's easy to complain how someone else runs their business.
It's even easier to not support said business.
Especially when you live so much closer to other businesses that are ran so much better.
Ill support this team regardless. That doesn't mean I can't complain about such and such.
Negative peeps are negative.
What's unusual and odd is when the negativity is solely placed on one area while other teams moves, hires, coaching etc, are lauded. That's when it becomes obvious what's going on. It's the same as TMD would do.

Dude, I live in Brooklyn. I have something called a job. I go to one home game a season. So that doesn't make me a fan cause i can only go to 6 games a year. I am married and have a 2 year old can't just pick up and go to Florida every weekend. Eventually when i retire, im really thinking about moving down there and getting season tickets.
Someone with a twitter account reply:
I don't understand how you have followers either
Why do certain reporters have to be such birds. I hope we make the playoffs next season, I really do.

Not that he'd announce to the press that he were planning to do that anyway, but anyone who's been paying attention and isn't desperate and angry (i.e., not located in St. Louis) should be able to tell instantly that Khan has no intentions of pulling the team out of Jacksonville.
Shad Khan deserves high praise for his investment in the Jaguars franchise and for his communication skills with the public. Unlike the situation with Stan Kroenke in St. Louis, Khan provides Jacksonville and the Jaguars fan base realistic hope that it would mean the world to him if he and his family had huge long term success as owners of the Jacksonville Jaguars. So many people are skeptical about Jacksonville as an NFL market. Khan seems to be the type of person who would take great pride in proving the skeptics wrong. Especially, when factoring in his own background.

The skeptics wouldn't be so bad were they not so fact averse regarding Jacksonville.
I pointed out on twitter (still new to it) that Jacksonville outdrew St. Louis at least 9 out of the last 10 years and was called a liar.
It's not as if attendance figures aren't available on ESPN.com or anything.
Remember that kid who always had to put somebody down in order to feel better about himself?

For sure, the frequency of factual mistakes about Jacksonville, as it relates to the Jaguars, has been noticeable over the years.
My take is Jacksonville and St. Louis are good NFL markets and the league. The key is having good ownership. Thankfully, Jacksonville has that. Hopefully, St. Louis will get an expansion franchise and have an owner totally committed to that area.

If I may be so bold, what's your Twitter account? I can promise you nothing but randomness from mine.

I like @cheeseburgers.

Anddddddd /thread. Lock it up!!

See there's complaining and then there's the thing you do which is piss and moan about anything this team does. Try living life with a glass half full instead of half empty... Just a thought.

Nah, I already follow that one.

We're going to need the back story on this one...... sounds interesting.

Changing that tune after Jags fans tore him a new one...
