They had a business conference last year, where the general manager showed some interesting stats regarding Jacksonville. One of the comparrisons was population of Jacksonville vs south carolina in 1995, at that time  the overall population of So. Carolina was greater than Jax, however  towards 2014, the overall population of Jax surpassed So Carolina, significantly. He was makingthis comparison to highlight the Jaguars 365 concept and to capitalize on the Stats from the Game day experience where Everbank was number 1, overall. As I understand it the idea was to make the stadium a "go-to" destination, even during off-season- one example is movie night ( and thank goodnesss for the new movie with will smith, because they show football related movies, and this would be one more thet can possibly show in a few years.) As  well as bringing in season ticket holders to, or part of the Stadium during the off-season- like in the action park promotion in july. I get the intention is to make being a season ticket holder valuable beyond the season- once that is done, if the Jags are a winning team, well- that is just icing on the cake. Smile

Once again, your powers of prognostication miss the mark completely. Unlike your claim about staying on International Deive here in Jacksonville, I've been going to NY and visiting NYC most of my life. My mother was born there and we still have extensive family there. Doesn't change the fact that many subway stations in the city tend to smell like a giant urinal.
I once lived on the island of Crete, Greece.  The birthplace of indoor plumbing and it hasn't changed since they invented it.  You had to put the TP in a basket next to the can that didn't have a trap so you had to keep the lid down to prevent sewer gas from building up in your apartment.  Great place.  I just loved Tuesdays when they burned all of that stored up TP.

Ah the smell of burning crud in the morning.  Never slept in on Tuesdays.

Ah yes I vividly remember waking up in Iraklion after a night of heavy raki and smelling that stuff..rotten.
Well they are in Jacksonville still. Not like going to LA. Look at it that way.

I could not care less what the perception of our team is - I know we have a great owner, organization and team - I have met BB, AH and Arob - not to mention Kahn, Weaver, FT amd Mojo - - my kid has gotten the opportunity to learn from the rookies on the field for a few years - we get awesome events like Draft Day, Locker Room Tour etc.. plus I get to be there 9 times a year for games- The Jags are like that boyfriend (or girlfriend for most of you) that know they are not good enough for you so they work overtime trying to make it up... I love every minute of it!

Silly Boys - NYC is great - Jags are greater!  @BklynJag.. just post a pic of you in the stadium - that will end the controversy!  Hell I live here and we always take pics - I'm sure you must have if it was a long distance trip and all...

rete means rock. The water oozed up through rock. Water was so hard, made my hair fall out. I have to laugh whenever people complain about the US. I did love the beaches and water.
