Someone mentioned Mike Smith. I'd like someone who has had success and failure as a HC and he fits the mold.

There was pretty much no point or value in anything you said. I've advocated that Gus Bradley is not a good HC in the NFL. I've never advocated for a particular HC, much less OC or DC so go find someone else to put words into their mouth to perpetuate your ignorant argument. As a matter of fact, I don't even know what you're stance is since you don't really advocate for anything, you simply debate against others views just for the sake of arguing.
