We are 8-28 under Gus. We just lost to Hasselbeck. Explain to me how it could get worse. Even the Redskins are 2-2 and they're a dumpster fire.

Funny thing is, the same people saying he's junk and anyone would be better are the same people who will be praising him if we pull out 5 or 6 wins

I am not one who will praise Bradley is he pulls out 5-6 wins (which is a pathetic expectation anyway).  He is not a good leader, period!  The Jags need a coach who will truly lead this team and get the best out of them.  Bradley is not that guy.  I've been saying that since the beginning of last season.

I highly doubt anyone will be praising him for 5 to 6 wins.

 

If he wins 5 or 6 the majority will say, "well it should have been 7 or 8"

the unknown is a scary thing...it's easy to say someone could do better, I remember this same thing being said about JDR and now he's great again...I have no idea if Gus has got everything there is to get out of this team and neither does anyone else...It's easy to say HELL NO, but there is no way to know...Is Marrone better? No one knows...

We have dealt with enough unknown that a few more tries won't hurt.

I dont know that marrone has any chance of turning the team around, but we know that gus isnt gonna, so what's there to lose?

Gus is so bad that I'm all for firing him now to make a point.  That's also because you can pull Marrone or someone else up as an Interim coach.  Also, it puts Khan/Caldwell out in the open on their HC search before every other team.  Gus is clearly not the guy, time to move on imo.

What is your definition of collapse? Collapsing implies they are high enough to actually fall down. You can't collapse from the ground.

If youre dave and you dont plan on bringing him back, cut the cord now. Season isnt over, if marrone is even somewhat functional they may still get to 6. At least he has firing brain cells.
