Vic Beasley is a defensive player, he still did the bench and repped it 35 times.

Do I have to watch it all day to make sure I don't miss Dante Fowler and defensive tackle Michael Bennett tomorrow?

Yes
Quote:He did not say that.

You can "plan on" buying a house next year, but that means nothing when you can't sell your current home. All Winston said was he wants to win the Super Bowl next year, not that he will.
what? Pretty sure he says right there he plans on WINNING the Super Bowl.
If the Jags do trade back a couple spots, I am now drooling over WR Kevin White.  Daniel Jeremiah, former scout and one who watches more tape than I, indicated before White ran that he is the best WR on tape, but his straight line speed will be defining for him.  He clocked a 4.35 at 6'2 1/2".  Mayock has now officially labeled him "a freak".  Caldwell indicated he is looking for some "dynamic playmakers".  Done.

Give me RT Bulaga and TE Thomas in free agency, along with a youth movement of White, Robinson, and Lee starting at WR, and the offense would be dangerous.

"Plans on" and "will" do not mean the same thing. That is what I am  talking about.
Pass rushers day is finally here! Now it is time to watch linebackers and defensive linemen. Some players will participate in both position groups, such as former Gator Dante Fowler. Unfortunately Shane Ray fans will have to wait for Missouri's Pro Day to watch him.

So will it be Leonard Williams <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< everybody else? Will Fowler make a good case for being a top five pick? Stay tuned.

Jeremiah has been high on White for a while now. Pretty much since he was able to watch extensive film on him. I think what is more impressive and speaks to how high of an opinion he has of White is that all during the CFB season Jeremiah was calling Amari Cooper the best WR in the nation. Once he put the film on and was able to compare the two guys he has been championing White as the best WR in the class.

He's quick to mention that Cooper is a stud as well so there's no knock on him but Jeremiah preference is clearly White. Jeremiah's opinion is only one guy however and he has his opinion. I like Bucky Brooks' views as well and I believe he still prefers Cooper above everybody else.

Well looks like we'll draft Fowler if we don't trade down
Fowler looks very intriguing. That split is great. At that weight vs Gregory- it's a no brainer
I really like Beasley too. I'm in the minority that he should be in consideration at our #3 spot. Great film, great size, great in the weight room.
Yeah Vic Beasley is one of my favorites in case of a trade-down.  I think he could be either a LEO or an OTTO for us.

My lawd Fowler. Dude is a monster.

I am not sold on Fowler. You can just tell by the way he looks...and I am not a person like that. He really doesn't seem like a football player. I see him being a bust. He to me has the lowest floor/highest ceiling possibly in the whole draft.

The options i think to take at #3 in order are; Leonard Williams, Trade Back to draft either Vic Beasley, Randy Gregory, Kevin White, or Danny Shelton.

No way Beasley, Fowler or Gregory make it out of the top 16 picks. Sick numbers all around.

The question we need to answer is can Beasley set the edge like Fowler at his size
This is going to be an entertaining draft to watch. I have no idea what is going to happen with the Jags.

Plenty of options though.

Great numbers for Fowler

Winston goes one. We get Fowler or Leonard Williams. Sounds good to me.
Remember, we spent months talking and evaluating almost every possible draft pick, and all of us got it wrong when we selected Bortles.

Point is, we may draft someone that's not even in the conversation right now.

Who knows, maybe we end up picking a CB or something
