Hitman
That is great to see.

Lee looks like he's been in the weight room.
Anyone have any more pics?
Awesome, had to google it but its only about a 6 hour drive from my place...To bad I cant go bug them Blush

Hope this helps. Sounds like a great idea.

How many pick sixes did Bortles throw? They count as tds too.

yeah he does

he looked solid last year. just got a strange posture.
I assume/hope Robinson isn't there because he isn't cleared for full or unsupervised practices?

yeah I heard as of a couple of weeks ago that he was about to start jogging, so he can't be ready for actual routes just yet

Yeah that's what I figured. Thanks.

KY...

I  think him being there despite not being cleared to practice reflects well on his professionalism to want to be mentally engaged in the practice to be more in synch with Bortles and the other receivers.

I applaud him and all of the other participants.

Just think if we had taken Manziel.

Instead of reading about passing camps and leadership from the QB position, we'd discuss extended stays in rehab and possibly drafting another QB.

go away with your negativity chump.
So if he's so great then tell me this... why isn't tim tebow there, huh? Tell me. Tell me!

(idiotically giggling to himself...)

Want some grey cloud with that silver lining?
I wouldn't be surprised to see Blake throw 4k yards this year

This offense is primed to take a jump. He's the kind of QB who needs good receivers to succeed -- I think we finally have that (we haven't since Tom Coughlin, really) and that along with this initiative he's shown should help him make more highlights and less turnovers.
I wonder if anyone will get video of this camp

At this point in his career.

I say it because, the way he keeps plays alive for long periods of time in the backfield and improvises, he needs guys who can recognize and adjust when the play is breaking down differently than in practice. Because that is going to happen a lot with Bortles, he makes a lot of impulsive on-the-fly decisions.

He doesn't win with structure, and while he definitely has a good arm, he's probably never going to be a perfectly accurate thrower.  He's an attacker with great athletic talent who likes to dare the defense to stop him from being aggressive.  It's just his mentality, I see him more like a Ben Roethlisberger or a Tony Romo than a safer, cleaner QB like Matt Ryan, and as Jags fans I feel it helps to be honest with ourselves about what his strong suit is.  With poor receivers, Bortles would throw too many picks.  With good receivers, though, Bortles has the skillset to take full advantage and post great numbers.

I find it very interesting that Jags.com has been quiet on the Bortles camp. They have shared passing camps before where the receivers were working out. Something is happening and it must be good for them to have kept it quiet. I'm sure it is over now, but it was on my mind!

Quote:I think it's pretty clear who is delusional here if you think there's even the slightest comparison between Bortles and Gabbert beyond them both playing the same position for the same team. Completely clueless, but keep up the good work. If you're gonna be good at something, do it the best you can.
hahaha. Classic
