Quote:and because you get all whiny and defensive if anyone says anything bad about any player on the team. its ok. i think we all understand you are who you are and you cant change that.

If only that was true... Then okay.

However, it's not. I've said many times how much I hate Richardson, Landry, and many others. While also stating that I think the coaching staff is average. But go ahead. Continue making up things about me that aren't true. When in the end, we both know, deep down your hate of me stems from jealousy of the team that I support. Once you realize this I think you could be a decent contributor to this board. Until then, you're nothing but another SC1.

You're unable to come up with REAL (not things that are figments of your imagination) reasons for why I'm "void of football IQ".

all i hear is "wahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh im sensitive."

Thank you for proving my point.
OH Dear, what is going on in here??

Meh it's not worth it.
I think it's time to put the "bad team carried by Luck" myth to rest.

Luck isn't carrying this team as much as luck has, but let's be clear.  They have talent.  Not the best team nor are they among the best.  But a talented, good team.  One that would be just on the outside looking in were they not in such a soft division.  Competitive, better than average.

It's not all about Luck there.  There's plenty of young talent on that team.

I just wanted to say on behalf of Colts fans thanks for the laughs.  Reading a bunch of bitter Jags fan's posts is always good for a laugh.  I haven't laughed this hard since that gay dude made that video about "Jaguaring", remember that one?

Anyway....you guys calling the Colts a bad team when they make the playoffs year after year, win playoff games, beat your team like a drum, well, it's just silly fellas.  Seriously, I understand you're upset about your team, but do you really not see how you come off when you call the Colts bad?  It would be like a Colts fans talking smack about the Patriots right now.

I've seen somebody on here repeatedly say the Colts only beat one playoff team this year i this thread.  Wrong, they beat 3.  They beat one twice.  And they made the AFC Title game.  Yeah, they got their [BAD WORD REMOVED] handed to them by the Pats again which is something they have to fix, but other than the Pats they did better than any team in the AFC.

The Colts have their problems, as does every single team in the league but they are definitely on the right track.  Jags?  Not so much.  They haven't been relevant for close to a decade (and that's if you consider winning a WC game relevant) now and are the only team in the South to have never won the division.

There is nothing more pathetic than fans of a horrible team trying to talk crap about a good one.  Calling Luck "overrated" lol?  The guy does as much as any QB in the league.  He's not perfect but no QB is.  He's a top 5 QB in his third season.  He has a 33-15 record as a starter and he came to a team with a new coach, new GM, and almost completely new roster (Wayne and Brown were the only two returing Colts skill players in 2012 and while Wayne is great I don't think anyone ever said that about Brown).  He's led the Colts to the playoffs every season, he's played every meaningful snap since he's been in Indy, he led the league in TDs, makes the Pro Bowl, got his team to the AFC Title game in his 3rd season.....but to Jags fans he's "overrated" lol.  So many sour grapes on this forum fellas.

The Colts are a good team that needs to fix their D and get a run game but they are nowhere near a bad team.  Someone pointed out that the Colts run game averaged 100 yards a game.  Great, around 20 of those per game were from Luck.  Richardson was the Colts leading rusher and he is awful.  Bradshaw was good.....until he went down again with another injury, that the Colts kept right on winning with a JAG (just another guy., not a Jaguar) named Boom Herron shows how good Luck is.  So does the fact that Luck put up the numbers he did and the Colts won 11 games with their never ending offensive line shuffling.

Right now the Colts are a decent team with one of the best QB's in the league.  IMO their biggest problem is their coach.  He was brought in because he was supposed to be a defensive wizard and the Colts D is mediocre at best.  I give Pagano one more year before they need to find someone who can fix what is the team's biggest problem.

Supposedly Frank Gore is interested in coming to the Colts which would take a lot of pressure off of Luck.  If Bradshaw can stay healthy  a Gore and Bradshaw Herron backfield is pretty damn good.

So the future looks bright for the Colts.  And for you saying all Colts fans started showing up when Manning did, well, first that's just stupid.

Second, I've been a since 87.  Dickerson is why I really started following the Colts but I've watched them since they came to Indy.  When they first moved I was too young to understand football but I watched the games with my dad.  After they got Dickerson I actually started "watching" the games, so I've been a Colts fans since I was old enough to understand football.  I've seen Jack Tradeau, Chris Chandler, Jeff George, Craig Erickson, Harbaugh, Majkowski, Hogeboom, Herrman, Pagel, Manning and other QB's come and go.  I was listening on the radio (it was blacked out locally)when they barely beat the Jets in 1991 for their only win as they went 1-15 and I watched them win the SB in 06.  I went to my first Colts game in 1990 with my HS football team and have been to many since.

I've been a fan of the Colts longer than your team has existed.  In fact I remember the Colts beating the Jags in their first season in 1995.  So I didn't just come on board when Manning showed up and neither did a lot of other Colts fans.  What you also have to remember about Indy's early years in the NFL is Indy was Bear and Bengal territory before the Colts got there, they both were good around this time.  Fans of those teams didn't just jump ship and become Colts fans, especially given the Colts were either terrible or mediocre for the most part at that time.

Heck I remember when good ol' Vic Ketchum (did I get his name right?) was constantly writing articles about how the Jags were about to overtake the Colts.  I remember the "this is our year" articles.  I remember when you guys thought David Garrard was the answer.  I remember how much crap Jags fans were talking about how 2008 was going to be their year, especially after Manning got hurt.

But I will give it up for you guys because you always make me laugh, especially you Jags fans who keep calling the Colts the "Clots" lol, boy that is funny.  I mean, "Clots"?  The only thing funnier than an adult who thinks "Clots" is funny is that gay "Jaguaring" guy.  That video never gets old.  This board is exactly like it was the last time I visited which was years ago.  Bitter Jags fans talking crap about the Colts.

So, they only got on board when they started winning.  But no.. no badwagoners in Indy.  LOL

No matter how much you win you're still just Indianapolis.

With apparently way too much time on his hands that he had to come on here and write the War and Peace version of first posts!!

You only need to look at their attendance numbers to see the correlation with winning and when manning came on board.

The bandwagon grew big time.

Dang man, you musta got your feelers hurt pretty bad huh? I mean, after a decade of rooting for a winning team, you feel the need to come blast the lowly Jaguar fans for not having a likeable opinion of your team? How insane are you?

Preach on, Mary.
Rut roh...looks like the clot management gonna take another PR hit.

"It must have been frustrating for the Colts not to know where Richardson was on the eve of an important game, but voiding his contract because he didn't remember to call the team while dealing with a serious threat to his girlfriend's (and unborn child's) health seems incredibly callous." -  Deadspin

That trade for Richardson has been nothing but a nightmare for the Colts since they made it and it looks like they want out.

I'm not sure that the union will let them void his contract, without a fight anyway, because of that, but it was pretty irresponsible of TR not to at least call the Colts and let then know what was happening with his gfs pregnancy.

He had to know that not even taking a few minutes to call them was not going to go over well with the team.

You just don't "forget" to call the team, even in a situation like this. You just don't call them and that's a bad decision on his part.

He's going to get cut no matter what.

Even if we have to eat his contract. He's done.
A high of 26 degrees this week will bring out the angry side in even the nicest pre-teens.

Is there a difference in voiding his contract and being cut? I mean money wise in this case.

My understanding is that they owe him money if he's just released, but they don't have to pay it if they tie it to behavioral issues. Hence the suspension for doing the right thing by his woman in the age of Rice, Hardy, et al.
Our D is gonna put a beating on the Colts very soon and that makes me smile. Imagine a line up of Fowler?, Marks, Suh? Clemons, Davis, etc etc.

Colts fans can make all the noise they want because when their window soon begins to close, our door is being kicked wide open.
