Honestly from reading these boards for the last few weeks which I never used to because people are so negative i began to jump on the bandwagon of losing faith in gus

After that video I hope you all choke on your words when we are completely done with this too top bottom rebuild and Dave has a chance to add some great young talent which he has done through the draft.. And add some FA... We're exactly where we need to be

Gus has been nothing short of EVERYTHING we could have dreamed for where we are with this organization

I believe once again. I should have stayed true. I was a moron

Lol! One crazy win, and you are choked up? My goodness...I'm at a loss for words on this one. Gus will be fired next year, Fisch will be fired this year. We won, and I'm happy, but 2-10 is what this team is sitting at. I think they finally let BB play for once, and the defense saw the O was going to lose again, and they said WE will the game.

Lol
6-22. Good win and all but c'mon man with the emotional overload. Just goes to show how pathetic we've been to see people act like this after beating a 3 win team.

Who gives a hoot about Gus, he is still not a good coach.  After watching the Seahawks play this week it is clear that Bradley didn't have much to do with their success.  Carrol is a great coach and truly preaches competition.

Has anyone even heard about open competition this year from Bradley?  I haven't.

I hope you enjoy being overhyped for a 2-11 team....let me repeat that is 2 wins and 11 LOSSES.  Bradley is 6-22 as a Head Coach.

Wait...what...when did Mrs. Bradley get an account on here?

You're an idiot. We have no one to be able to compete with certain position groups... And we've changed the LB multiple times....

You're a loser and want to judge him off wins and losses hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

The offense looked like garbage for the first 2-3 quarters again.  Henne, I mean Bortles, looks way too much like Henne lately.  The Jags had some breaks go their way and had some good moments, I"ll give them that.  But the 2nd win of the season, making Bradley 6-22, and agianst the 3-9 Giants should not push rational people over the edge as if we won the Super Bowl, but I guess your'e not rational.

Dude our o line can't block anything. He can't even get a three step drop off... The offense is a bunch of kids.. This year is all about who is going to make it on defense or be replaced. Even with a horrible cyp and losing our best LB a pro bowl Lb even tho I hate him were playing great....

And it's all Bc Bradley if you want to admit it or not... There is no talking about his record. We were God awful and rebuilding. Idk why waste time with people like you. I guess we should just śüćk forever and win couple games a year and not rebuild so we can please YOU

Are you mad Bradley will be our coach for the next couple of years... AT LEAST

I'm not. Lolumad

Of course players love him he is a players coach.  This does not mean a good coach.  In the end the results is what matters and he is sitting at 6-22.
Quote:Is this thread a joke? Did I just get trolled? by golly one win fixes everything.
I'm thinking the same thing. Good job TODAY but all of those other days says something else.

Lets also not forget the Giants have lost 7 now 8 in a row.  It wasn't like they were lighting it up
Quote:I applaud the win. But it doesn't change how bad we are and the needs we have.
what is our biggest need? I always debate this in my head.

is it FS? or LEO (For aging unit) ?

is it RT? or LG?

MLB? OTTO?

On offense I think most of the positions are pretty locked up for at least the next 2-3 years (this is accounting for draft classes Joeckel, Bowanko, Linder, safe)

QB - check

WR - check (they'll develop, sign a veteran in offseason or roll and have shorts resign)

TE - not in place

O - Line - RT and LG needed
The team is so bad it's hard to pinpoint the biggest area of need.

1. The saftey's just suck.  2 big upgrades needed

2. The offensive line is horrible.  Joeckle and Beadles stinking it up again all game

3. Outside of Denard we have 0 RB's worth anything.  Toby just sucks

4. Telvin is the only decent LB we have

The list goes on. This is a turd sandwich and no matter how you bite it it's bad.  Thats why I believe this team needs to spend big in Free Agency.  It's going to take 20 years building through the draft.

The win is great and I'm happy we won. We should have won. I'm not thrilled with what it took to win and the offense still frustrates me. It still stinks and needs to be replaced.

This win didn't change my opinion on the coaching staff one bit. Particularly on offense.

You know how many games you're going to win when your offense scores one TD? Very few. Unless major and miraculous improvement is made to this offense this team will continue to stink next season too. I don't see how we can expect a sudden major improvement next season with these coaches when you look at what they've given us so far.

Congrats to the defense and our young players for pulling out a win yesterday.

As far as the players liking Gus...that's great but it means little if he isn't a good coach.

Couldn't have said it better. I'm choked up...lol
Gus and Dave are still on the same window regardless of what happened this game (or the rest of the season). Its great that the locker room loves him, that's not really a surprise. Anyone who's ever sat in any of Bradley's rah-rah speech knows he's a great motivator. Players dig that. But unless this team closes in on a playoff birth next season, that doesn't matter. Certainly another 4 win season next year would be unacceptable.

That said, I was very surprised in finding out that this was the biggest comeback in the history of the Jaguars.

18 points...

Thinking back to all the firepower we had in the past during the Brunell era, the Dom Capers-led defense, the power running game/defense that JDR had...none of them could overcome being down 18 points.

That a 1-10 team was able to accomplish it with all the young players on offense and defense has to speak some volume on just how much these guys are buying into whatever Gus is preaching...

This win didn't change my opinion of the coaching staff either. Because it's still a rookie qb, behind a rookie o line, throwing to rookie wide receivers. And y'all want fire the head coach. Lol.
Quote:And 2 teams are trying to work some kind of trade to get him.

Are you trying to deny he's not a good coach? Would you rather have a coach who players love or a coach who wins games?

Look at the amazing things he's done with kaep and a loaded roster....I mean....wait....

Pass on harbaugh, especially in a trade.

Anyway the same thing can be sad now as said all year, as long as there is some improvement this season, Gus will get his third year.
