I get it...Rookies...we are learning....complete rebuild....BUT:
He is clueless. Horrible clock management. Horrible, PATHETIC decision not starting Bortles from game one...Helen Keller could see that Bortles is better then Henne from day 1! And didn't he pitch himself as a defensive coach? FAILURE on that front.
Boot his [BLEEP] to the curb along with Babich and Fisch and get some competent people in here PLEASE.

Ain't gonna happen. His clock started with Caldwell's when Bortles started. Right now he's 0 - 3, but the team has been in the game in the 4th quarter the last two games and almost pulled it out yesterday.
You know one big difference between the teams that win a lot vs the teams that don't? They're not changing coaches and GM's every two years. Don't let Bortles slip into having to learn a new system every freaking year.

We had suggestion to how bad he was going to be as soon as we saw the poor choices for his Offensive and Defensive Coordinators.
Most of his assistant hires were poor as well.

The clock started in his first game. He's 4-18. Rankings near the bottom in both total offense and defense.
The coaches must be able to turn rookies into all pro players overnight!!!!!

it would be one thing if the play calling was great and the guys were still learning, but thats not the case. The coaches seem to be impeding any progress rather than aiding in it

Exactly.
IMO, better coaching would have this whole thing better than it currently stands with the Bradley regime.

We'll see. If so, then thats sad, since its clear to see that the Jags have 2 of the worst Offensive and Defensive Coordinators in football....and Bradley is responsible for those hires.
Until those are replaced with some competence at those positions good luck for any real improvement.
Good coaches find a way to win. Not preach the same crap every day with no result.
