Winston is not getting charged. The TPD was gathering supposed evidence for several months, if indeed a sexual assault took place it would be open and shut at this point and Winston wouldn't be playing this Saturday.

I agree, the person who is using the word is trolling which is why im barely paying attention to him/her.

The never gathered evidence other than DNA from girl, and her toxicology, they never contacted the DA office, as is protocol. I'm not saying he did it, but TPD has not properly handled this case
