in reality, i think his only crime was banging a chick the night before his gf flew into town. He should have hit it 2 nights prior to her arrival so he could hang out with her for the required 18 hours following sex. I guess you could say she was a victim of a hit and run.

No one knows what happened, but from my personal experiences (I went to a DIII school in Wisconsin) I have a difficult time seeing a college athlete (especially at the D1 level) sexually assaulting a fellow student. I'm not trying to be cold or callus, but the girls at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire (and every other school I've had the pleasure of partying at) literally threw themselves at anyone who played sports at the collegiate level, I have a really hard time believing this wasn't consensual.
