My post was simply to point out that much of our population are horrible at giving physical characteristics as well as what a person is wearing.

 

Completely unrelated to that, I am all about not convicting the guy until everything is said and done.

Right now it's the TPD that looks horrible. The TPD is going to have a whole lot of splainin' to do. Especially when they did not collect timely evidence and essentially gave the attorney representing the football team, and Winston, a 9 month head start over the State Attorneys Office.
