I don't understand why some people have such a hard time grasping this logic. Take a QB with the 1st and a DE in the top of the second. Seems much more logical to me.
Amen, but I'd argue going QB, OL.
Quote:he used a qb that just had an acl injury as an example.
I was waiting for that response. Kaepernick, Wilson, Newton. The league will figure gimmicks out eventually. Always have.
And it is tough to use the injury as an excuse. He's started from the first game, so got to go with what he's produced.

manziel is closest to rg3 than any of those qb.
yeah but rg3 is a qb who needs his legs to be effective. so using him with an acl injury doesnt really get your point across. not to mention the injury happened less than a year ago.

You should apologize to RG3 for that post.
Quote:how is taking a once in a generation prospect like clowney and getting a qb in the 2nd much of a gamble than say teddy not working out?
Taking Clowney is also gambling that Teddy
won't work out and/or that your guy
will.

tell me from all those qb listed, who is closest to manziel?
Quote:Amen, but I'd argue going QB, OL.
Looking at the sack leaders last year, it seems like they are all 1st rounders or guys who a team got lucky with and drafted in the 4th or lower.

They are all so superior I couldn't even guess.

I guess it's a good thing we still get a draft pick in 2015.

if clowney wasnt in this draft i would agree with you but the potential is too much to not even highly consider him and taking advantage of the deep qb class.

He did answer it, correctly too.

we are talking about manziels potential

Yes, by comparing him to 4 current NFL guys. I know what was going on.
So Heero do you think Manziel has RGIII type potential?

his potential closely resembles that of rg3 than the other qbs mentioned above.

Surely even someone such as yourself who blatantly loves to argue for the sake of arguing instead of having a real debate can see how much of a mockery you are becoming on here right? This is a 100% trash correlation and you know it.
Manziel has a squirt gun when compared to RGIII's howitzer. Then factor in the differences in intelligence and maturity...
Manziel is closer to Kaepernick than RGIII.
