Then yes, he's attempting a coup within the loopholes.

??? All of them lie.  Welcome to politics.

Every American, regardless of their political ideology, should be disgusted by someone attempting to remove a President, elected by the people, based on emotional reasons rather than real legal ones.

This impeachment is based on one thing and every democrat here has even said it at one point or another... Trump Bad. Trump Mean.

These people literally impeached the president, article 2, for challenging subpoenas in court.

The Senate should probably call Jonathan Turley as a witness so as to clarify these things.

1) he was elected by the electoral college.  The people chose Hillary.  Just a quibble.  You could say duly elected, or constitutionally elected, but not "by the people". Don't look at me.  I wrote in a candidate.

2) the impeachment is based on the idea that we must have fair elections and that inviting foreign governments to get involved in favor of the incumbent makes elections unfair.  Yes, it's also based on emotions and people feeling like Trump is mean.  But they didn't write an article of impeachment about him being mean.  They wrote a logical argument that may not be persuasive, but it can be understood rationally.  You're choosing to focus on the emotional content then accusing them of being too emotional. No, you're being too emotional.

So childish. It's on tape.

If everyone in California jumped off a bridge, would u jump off a bridge?.

2) the impeachment is based on the idea that we must have fair elections and that inviting foreign governments to get involved in favor of the incumbent makes elections unfair.

Really?  How r u going to impeach Hillary (Steele dossier) if she didnt win?

No one has shown zellensky a.) Knew about the hold on the aid or b.) Was ever engaged about 2020.

In order to demonstrate a corrupt intent then the Democrats have to show that no reasonable person would find burisma or the firing of the prosecutor a problem.

We now know that on Jan 19th 2019 obama officials met with ukrainian officials about Ukraine's concern over the potential conflict of interest (meeting brokered by the whistleblower).  Marrie Yavonavitch testified that she was briefed in preparation for her confirmation hearings on questions on the potential Hunter conflict.  George kent testified that he had to cancel certain partnerships with burisma because of the potential conflict.  The sec states son severed business ties with Rosemont Senica (hunter biden) because of the apparent conflict.

Again.  If my wife is standing next to me, I dont need to spend half a million dollars in legal fees having my kids testify and produce 10 years of medical records to defend myself against a murder allegation.

Yes, it's also based on emotions and people feeling like Trump is mean.  But they didn't write an article of impeachment about him being mean.

Yes they DID!!!

They wrote a logical argument that may not be persuasive, but it can be understood rationally.

Do you know what exculpate means?

You're choosing to focus on the emotional content then accusing them of being too emotional.  No, you're being too emotional.

This is a shame.  The only thing subsidizing this farce is the willful ignorance of people like this.  Ambassador yavonovitch testified that in 2016 the ukrainians clearly directly and incontrovertibly interfered in our election and she didnt do a thing.  Politico Jan 2017 lays out the whole story.  People were prosecuted and convicted to that end.  Nelly ohr  testified that sources from the steele dossier were ukrainian.  The IG report has demonstrated that it was purely disinformation aimed to destroy a candidate for president.  But mikey doesnt care about actual corruption and election interference.

The president asks the new leader of Ukraine to look into it and make sure it doesnt happen again.

IMPEACHMENT.

This is sick, deranged, & dangerous.  Donald trump was asked if he would accept the results of the 2016 election.  He was lambasted for saying, well see what happens.  Adam Schiff, on the floor of the united states senate just said "we can't trust elections, we can't trust the court" with no evidence of any laws being broken by potus.  This is a coup run by children for children.

According to our constitution and the laws we have agreed to - he was elected by the people of the United States of America.

Adam Schiff is attempting, by outright lying, to unseat the President duly elected by the People. That's a recipe for bad things.

And every single powerful country on this Earth does election tampering. It's inevitable. We do it too... shocker. Trump did not collude with foreign powers and that's all that matters. Story done.

Being a leftist and pretending not to be is an even higher level of mental illness. Couple on here should be checked.

1) We don't know how many non-citizens voted. In California alone it could be as many as 6 million.

2) Trump is being impeached for breaking the iron law "all prominent Democrats are above the law," and then for refusing to participate in the farce. Those are the two charges against him, paraphrased for clarity.

I feel sorry for Chief Justice John Roberts. That man has to be worn to a frazzle.

Pat Cipollone is an underwhelming presenter.

No, but they're going to rub their faces in it.

It's Saturday and no one is watching, so Schiff and Palsi will just lie about it some more in the news cycle next week to feed Mikesez his talking points.
