There's only one way to clear Pats Trolls.

I think this team is too young and inexperienced to even realize the incredible size of the stage they will be on Sunday, and that plays to our advantage.
Ok, 4 out of five people on NFL Total Access picked the Jags over the Patriots. The one that picked Pats was willie McGinnues (Sp). Even then at the end of the show he disputed slightly that he even made the pick. Ok, I know the Jags have a chance. But it’ll be really tough to go into Foxboro and win. Am I missing something here?
One thing I noticed in the Steelers' game was that on many passing downs, the Steelers double teamed our DTs, Jackson and Campbell, and used one blocker apiece on Fowler and Ngakoue. We didn't get enough pressure in those cases. So to me, one of the keys to the Jags having success against the Pats will be for Fowler and Ngakoue to win their matchups when they are not being double teamed.

Really? 4 out of 5 people? That's insane.

Yeah, I had to back it up and rewatch to make sure I heard it right.
All of this [BLEEP] is getting really old. I'm ready for the [BLEEP] game to start already.

The cynic in me feels some of them are picking us to combat the perception the Pats will mop up the floor with us so people will watch.

But defensively, when we are on our game, I know we can disrupt Brady, and that is the key to beating the Pats.

I am absolutely with you on feeling like a cynic.

These people have been picking against the Jags all season and then when they play the greatest QB of all time, they finally pick them? Gimme a break. Jags are underdogs and everyone is betting against them.
Sorry ladies and gentlemen, you can forget the keys to the game. I’ve sealed the Jags fate. I got a haircut and shaved my beard. We have no chance now. My apologies.

All the guys that picked the Jags on the NFLN are former players. McGinest & Terrell Davis were the only ones who picked the Pats.

When the other players gave TD grief about it, he stated the only reason they had picked the Jags is because they had all spent their entire careers losing to the Pats and rarely even won a game against them.

No change from prior years. I can understand their hope and frustration, wanting someone to take the Pats down.

I think, if the Jags do win, the same guys will show max respect to the Jags and won't be making excuses on how they did it.

Bingo.....We have a winner!  That must be it (obviously the NFL has a vested interest in promoting the game!), because from what I have managed to glean, only 5 or 6 pundits out of 36 have picked the Jags!
The key to beating New England is a mistake free game. No turnovers committed by the Jags. Try to keep penalties to a minimum ( which could be tough because referee crews usually favor NE).

They also need to sustain long drives on Offense, no 3 & outs. Sounds obvious but if you leave your defense on the field too long, they will get worn out by Brady.

Special teams play could be crucial and a difference maker in this game.

And most importantly, PUT PRESSURE ON BRADY. BRING SACKSONVILLE TO TOWN.

Absolutely, one real hope we have for a W, we have to win the turnover battle. Our D can cause turnovers all over but if if Blake does throw a pick, i don't think that's it and all downhill.

The one thing i like is we were 3-13 last year and now in the AFC Championship game. This team will give everything tomorrow, we have nothing to lose really.

Looking at the game, I'm looking for our WR's to step up a bit this week. I think Hurns will get their main coverage but i'm looking for Marquise Lee to have a big game. His rookie deal is nearly done and not sure where he fits in for the future. He'll want to get paid, not #1 WR money, but paid and with 75/25's contract, and he will get paid, this is the kind of game where Lee can make or break his future. He's been up there league wise with his drops this year but the Pats have Butler and Gilmore, 2 good DB's, and Lee and Hiurns are going to have to find ways to get open and make plays.

I hope Cole and Westbrook embrace this moment and don't get lost in the occasion. They can be real difference makers, let's not forget Keelan went 99 yards in New England pre season, and his play last week at Pittsburgh was a real game changer. Dede has a lot of talent and can make a big play. I think we'll try and use either guy as a slot but try to work out if New England are using safeties or LB's to cover and taking advantage of matchups.

I expect a lot of checkdowns and over the middles, we just need someone to break one or two.

Go Jags, shock the world!
According to ESPN we should be using Cyprien to help double Gronk.  Undecided

Can we use players from other teams?

Someone give Aaron Rodgers a call!

And they call themselves Sports Journalists!!
Step 1: get pressure on Brady.
Step 2:
Step 3: Super Bowl.

Stopping Curtis Martin should be our top priority.
