I've never owned one, but I've shot quite a few, even an Uzi. It always seemed to me that the terms were interchangeable. If I ever made a mistake out loud, none of the friends I was with corrected me.

I never said we should de-fund the police.  Though I do think police unions have too much power and the police spend too much money on fancy hardware they don't need.  Seems like we have the right amount of officers, though, and if anything I'd increase their pay as we improve their training.
