This is starting to sound more like pre-fact blind outrage. Where there's smoke, there's usually fire.
Quote:So.. dude had pcp on him. Need to hear the toxicology report to see if it was actually in his system.

Seems he's had a pcp problem for a while, and an issue with not listening to the police.
Quote:As previously reported, Crutcher has a criminal record that includes more than a dozen encounters with law enforcement. In at least four cases, officers employed use of force, including a Taser in 2012, according to records.

A 2012 probable cause affidavit in a misdemeanor case against Crutcher states that his father arrived at the scene in north Tulsa where Terence Crutcher was being arrested on public intoxication and obstruction complaints and told officers his son had “an ongoing problem” with PCP.

An officer used a Taser on Crutcher twice during that arrest while he was face down on the ground, based on the officer’s claim that Crutcher did not comply with at least three orders to show his hands.

Hey now, the guilt of the cop is already settled. Just like man made global climate change.

So having an illegal drug is punishable by death now? Jeesh is that what Trump means by law and order? Are we headed down an authoritarian government?

That precisely the fear that many have about a Trump administration!

Why not wait for the full report before jumping off a cliff? Dude coulda said that he had a present for the cops while heading back to his van for all we know.

But then there is no reason to riot and loot...
If he had pcp in his vehicle, I'm willing to bet it was also in his system. And we all know people on pcp are upstanding individuals and have a clear sharp mind.

Obama is the one sitting in the Oval Office right now...shouldn't you be going off on him about this and not someone that has no control over it yet, if ever?

Can that woman pander any harder?
Quote:Can that woman pander any harder?

She is losing the black vote and enthusiasm so she has to at this point. Fortunately many are able to see through her phony plea.

here comes the character assassination.....

Obey police commands, it's rather simple. If your rights have been violated sue their [BLEEP] after the fact or act a fool and get shot.

Quote:Tell me if you've heard this one before. A black guy gets confronted by cops and has his hands in the air when a cop shoots him dead for no reason. Damn. I guess we're gonna have to hear about Kaepernick all over again.
All quotes per the article YOU provided:

Quote:

Dashcam video released today shows a Tulsa police officer responding to a call at 7:43 p.m. on Friday. As the squad car pulls up to the scene, a man, identified by police as Terence Crutcher, is seen walking toward a tan SUV parked in the middle of a two-lane road with his hands up as a female officer points her gun behind him. Three officers then run up to the pair. Crutcher lowers his hands and seems to reach into the vehicle, and then is seen falling to the ground.

"He refused to follow commands given by the officers," MacKenzie said. "They continued to talk to him, he continued not to listen and follow any commands."

One shot was fired by an officer, Jordan said. A Taser was also deployed by a second officer, according to police.

Quote:he officer who shot Crutcher has been identified as Betty Shelby, who has worked for the Tulsa Police Department since Dec. 1, 2011. Shelby has been placed on routine administrative leave with pay. ABC News could not immediately reach Shelby for comment.

Shelby’s attorney, Scott Wood, said “it’s important to remember” that she encountered Crutcher about two minutes before what is seen in the video footage and said that he had ignored about a dozen commands she had given him.
Hey guys, do what the State says regardless of if your rights are being violated. Just give up your rights, dudes.

If he disobeyed commands and reached into the SUV, it's a justified killing, don't care which way anyone spins it..
The one constant in just about all of these shootings is the refusal of the subject to follow commands. Like it or not,  Police have that authority. They do not have the authority to randomly shoot those who disobey commands though. The difference in this case is that the subject reached into the car, hiding his hands from view fro law enforcement officers. Given the amount of killings OF police, they are even more cautious than ever. Bottom line is that if this guy would have allowed the police to detain him and ascertain whether he was a threat or not, he would be alive today. Blame the cops all you want. Per YOUR source, there is only one person who did not do things right. He paid the ultimate price just to do what? Make some kind of statement? Somehow I think he won't be making that statement anytime soon.

Yeah, the stuff they're saying about that cop is awful.

Hey guys, don't do what law enforcement says. Act wildly and erratic and disobey the police. It doesn't matter if you can earn millions via lawsuit if you are actually having your rights suppressed. Instead, reach into your car for a gun and wave it around. That is a sure-fire way to make a statement.
