The problem is, he hasn't shown enough in the NFL to get good value for him.

At least a 2nd and something else or rot on the bench if he is being a prick.

No way a team gives up a first round pick for him unless key injuries happen and a team gets desperate. Outside of week 1 he was mediocre the rest of the season. The value isn't there. Another Diamond Dave 1st round bust.

Richardson was much better as a rookie than Henderson was.
The man has terrible body language and has never looked like he wanted to be here. Meyer said he wants players that want to play here and are motivated, he’s clearly neither. He appears that he’s pouting every time you see him.
Time to move on.
What I love about Urban is that if CJ really doesn't want to be here, Urban will probably shut that down and send him packing.

IF he don't want to be here or not motivated then time to move on. It's a long line of Dave's first round failures. Outside of week 1 there was nothing exciting about Henderson. Let the hungry young players have that playing time!

Suspend him or put him on the non football list. You aren't getting any value and you have to pay him, so suspension or some list is best.
Figure out what is wrong and try to get him help. He has to want to try though.
