The DOJ is using the FBI as a private army for the left. We know this because Hunter Biden is in South Carolina having fun at the beach right now and not in jail. Also Hillary Clinton is making t-shirts and hats about her emails that were acid washed after they were lawfully subpoenaed.

Even if that were true, that doesn't excuse anyone on the right from breaking the law.
I don't think a prosecution of Hillary or Hunter would be damaging to Joe Biden. Joe is not Hunter and Joe is not Hillary. I don't think he's really protecting them. It's more likely that the evidence was weak. For Hillary. The Hunter investigation is ongoing.
And maybe the evidence against Trump is also weak.

Do we really know that? The FBI is doing what the political hacks at the DOJ are telling them to do. By the way, 14 FBI Agent’s have come forward with information about this witch hunt, more information will be forthcoming as it’s released.

Look, man... the FBI has become a corrupt institution. I don't trust Trump to be telling the truth, but I know the FBI doesn't have any principled positions, either. If any of the higher ups in the FBI feel like Trump is a threat to the US, they will utilize any means to remove him from the question, whether it's honest or dishonest methods. This is a problem. We cannot have a free and open society under these circumstances.

I had a Gustavo. Unfortunately he caught Covid and died. He was in his 90s. Real gentleman.

All of which is why we have jury trials. Have some faith in the Founders. They got a lot of stuff right.
Lol. Faith in the Founders has nothing to do with what is happening in this country. There is corruption at every level of the "justice" system and every level of government. There are probably mafia families who have more integrity than the system. Hell, even hardedend criminals in prison who are at war with each other have one code they all agree on. If you read the warrant, it specifies what they were looking for, and why they were looking for it, and it says very specifically what laws might have been broken.
I think we should keep in mind, the warrant says they were looking for classified documents, and no one is disputing that they did find what the warrant says were looking for- boxes of classified documents. And there's no disputing the fact that, even if they were declassified, which is completely unproven, those documents were the property of the US government, and not the property of Donald Trump. And he did not have any legal right to take them, or to keep them.
But as to whether this raid will hold up to scrutiny, we'll have to wait. The FBI does not give daily press conferences on their investigations.

The warrant gave them power to take all manner of stuff from Trump, and, from all accounts, they exercised that right. If a single thing that is taken out of his house, unrelated to the classified documents, comes back to bite Trump, will you acknowledge that it was taken under dubious pretenses? Or will you just feel vindicated in your hatred for Trump. This is not how the law is supposed to work in this country.
How many corrupt actions does this agency need to take before we, the people, start to hold them accountable. There is now a huge list of events that have been manufactured by the FBI, and we just keep turning a blind eye. It is disheartening to see how often you moderates fail to adjust your world view when evidence is staring you in the face.
