My favorite aspect of your idiocy is you running away with your tail tucked between your legs every time Trevor continues to show progress but conveniently showing up when he has a so so performance. Where were you last week for your side of crow? See, two can play your silly game.
Shocked that two people who haven't posted in weeks end up posting within minutes of each other....

Yeah some people refuse to blame him when it's his fault 100% but if you're trying to say the Lions game was his fault you're dense as hell.

Well you're wrong here.
Plenty of us have bashed Trevor for his bad plays. He wasn't very good against the Texans or Eagles. All those turnovers against the Eagles were bad.
HOWEVER (and this is where you and the aussie miss the point), this doesn't mean he's a bad QB or that the sky was falling. It was still very clear that he was going to be the franchise guy and it was only a matter of time before drives like he had in the Ravens game happened.
For most of us, when Trevor has a bad game or throw, it's called out but we move on.
For you and others, when Trevor has a bad game or throw, he's the worst QB ever and the Jags need to move on or bench him for Beathard or draft another one in round 1 or 2 this year.

Lawrence played just fine yesterday. It's hard to win an NFL game when the entirety of your Defense and Zay Jones are hung over from the night before and pissing down their legs on national television for all to see.
I'm just going to say that you are wrong. But I've learned my lesson about having an opinion on our poster child Lawrence on this board. Usually got handed two suspension due to my opinion on him so I'll shut up for now.
But let's just say that 14 points in an offense thats designed around him isnt enough and there's zero excuse regardless of circumstances he is dealing with. But I'm one of the few that holds the QB position much more accountability than most on here so again I'll shut up for now.
14 points by the offense was a bad showing. But this wasn't the Houston game, or the Philly Game, or even the Bronco Game, where Trevor Lawrence made crucial mistakes that one could point to and say, if but for Trevor's innacuracy, or Trevor's interceptions, we'd have won.
No. Trevor Lawrence willed this offense to 14 points. The team around Lawrence (besides Kirk) all wallked into Detroit, listened to the Star Spangled Banner, ran out on the field, and then pissed down their legs like a bunch of scared new born puppies realizing they weren't athletes enough to compete.
All this to say, it's fine to criticize Lawrence when he was being inconsistent. But for the past 4 games, he's be the best player on the team. Hell, he's been the best player in the AFC South over the last 4 games. Dude looks like he's figured it out.
But a QB needs players (Zay Jones, Engram, ETN) not to drop/fumble the ball at crucial times. A QB also needs his defense to force a few punts. You know... It's a team sport and all...

Don't confuse me with the Oz guy, my points were never "he's good, or he's bad, or he's a bust or he's elite" My issues for the first season and a half with Lawrence was that I saw very little improvement with the same issues I saw in college. I wasn't seeing much change in regards to his inconsistent accuracy, he was still sailing balls over WRs heads and he crumbled when the game was close. He's shown improvement the past few weeks tho.

No way bro, I've read your comments in several other threads. You're not insane like the OZ guy. I actually find myself agreeing with you on things.
Trevor Lawrence, if we're being honest, did over throw a couple passes in Detroit. But he was not nearly as wild as he's been in September and October.
I appreciate that you have seen improvment in the past few weeks. But I honestly think the last 4 games Lawrence has played have been top 10 level QB play. Go back and look at how great he played starting with the Raiders game. He's clearly turned the table.
Yes, he's missed a ball here or there in every game. But so does every QB. With that said, the last 4 games, he's looked like he's right there in the conversation with the 2nd tier of QBs in the league.
He's not near Mahomes, Burrow, and (the Good) Josh Allen.
But he's right there with the rest of the tier 2 QBs

Yes I agree, he's been much better since the Raiders game. The Ravens game was extremely promising.

I've been following this team since we moved off Byron for David Garrard. Since then, I've seen some really terrible QB play.
Trevor Lawrence is light years ahead of Gabbert, Bortles, Minshew, and even Garrard.
I wish I could find a comparison that fits Trevor Lawrence. But I can't really think of one right now because he's still so young. But the dude has the arm of Elway. He can throw from anywhere and hit any target on the field. He's mobile like Elway too. But he prefers to stay in the pocket and doesn't scramble like Elway used to. But he has the legs to get out and get yards.
He's raw, he's young. But he keeps getting better. If he continues to not make those boneheaded INTs, he's going to be special. The only fear I have is that this front office will squander this talent.

Now that Pederson is coach I don't have this fear anymore. He's the first good hire we've made since Del Rio as HC basically

Yeah that's third world problems. If anything Doug has shown everyone that he wants Trevor to lead this offense solely on his arm even at times abonding the run game. Which is the right way to go in todays league. Offense wins games and usually teams with top QB play win chips.

Agreed. But I'm worried Doug will be hesitant on keeping Caldwell accountable for the defense. Unless the rumor that Baalke is sabotaging the defense is true, Pederson is going to have a hard decision to make when the season is over.

do you put the L to the Loins at Trevor's feet? Did he allow the Loins to score on virtually every possession?
It's like you have an agenda or something.
If his OLine continues to fold he will have another breakout game...
Bones breaking out of his body that is

Trevor and the offense showed up for that Ravens game but considering what our defense did against the Loins I can't believe they didn't give up 150 rushing and 450 passing to Lamar.
