Considering 3 games ago, he brought the team back from a 20-3 deficit to win, I'd say he had 3 good games in a row.

Stop stating facts to back up your assertions

In all seriousness yes, the raiders game was also a signature game. Last year we don’t come back I guarantee
It was just a matter of time

BZZZT.

Trevor Lawrence had

1.  Three good games in a row and off the to of my head at least two other good games earlier in the year (vs. Chargers and Indy).

2.  Trevor Lawrence has a starting job.  Minshew does not.
Ironically, this win could end up hurting the Jags in the long run.

Potentially lost ETN for the season and will hurt our draft position.
Trevor is different. Even a negative play usually ended a drive before. Trevor routinely picks up long first downs. He’s always been good, just inconsistent. Clemson made him look more league ready than he was. But he’s making hard throws look easy. Regularly. And he’s still growing fast.

No it wasn't. Cam blocked his guy completely clear of the pocket.

It's not his fault that Trevor held on to the ball too long and scrambled into a sack on the other side of the field.

This was the 6th game this season he posted a rating above 100 and 5 of those featured 230 yards passing or more.
I don’t blame Trevor for the fumble. Offense was dead and he was trying to make a play. Blame the play calling if you want to but I’d be more disappointed the qb not try to make va play.

I'd rather he had better awareness and just eat the sack, rather than try and make an impossible play.

Like in the past, when he had first and goal and instead of throwing the ball away, he tried to fit it in a small window and got picked off.

Then he did the same thing a few games later. He's gotta be smarter than that.

Kind or ironic…you talking about someone not being smart.

No one is arguing the chargers/indy game werent good games for him, but the last 3 were more
Impressive because unlike those two mentioned before where the defense gave up 10 total points and all he really did was play dink n dunk all game he actually made challenging throws under legitimate pressure and won two, but kept us in 3 against better teams.

Stats are irrelevant, his game against indy statistically waa about as good as this one, but nobody can tell me this wasnt the best game hes played.
Offense was dead in the hole. He tried to fix it. I’d assign maybe 10% of the blame on Trevor there. I’m glad he has it in him to make the play.

You could have at least given him some aloe for that burn.

From circumstances stand point by far his best game. He had others I think were just as good but circumstances didn’t dictate the same opportunities.
So as of now, Trevor Lawrence has 16 TDs with 6 more games to go. He is on a pace to throw 24.7 TDs. Last year he has 12 TD passes.

This is his first year in Pederson's offense.

It obviously doesn't always work out with this franchise. But games like today are why I urge patience.

This season isn't about draft position. We have a QB. It's about him gaining confidence in his abilities. Keep winning baby.
That’s my [BLEEP] quarterback!
