What’s done is done. In all fairness, the Urban-era lasted 3/4 of a season, and he brought it some decent rookie talent. He just had baggage and attracted bad publicity
Compare that to multiple years of Gus, a full season of Mularkey.

The one thing JF24 is right about is he had an excellent eye for playing talent. He would probably be an extremely good scout or maybe a GM. But that's not what he wants. He wants to be in charge of the whole thing.
