I went today. TLaw threw a couple of picks to Wingard in the end zone.
Not much else to report. I thought Brown looked very fluid as an athlete.
Jaguars have committed four turnovers inside the 20 in camp, shades of their red zone issues in 2023 - DiRocco

Finally back to football. Not one moment too soon.
I see the local media already setting out the clickbait headlines: "Is Lawrence worth 275 MIL?" after he threw 2 picks in 7 on 7s during the second day of camp.
*facepalm*

[knee slapper] It's like the offensive line wasn't even there for Trevor! [/knee slapper]

Every bit as effective as last year's line. Maybe moreso.
He threw interceptions in practice?!
Mahomes and Tom Brady would NEVER! BURN IT DOWN!
I was listening to an interview this evening with Dewey Wingard and he said the first two years he was here, Doug Marrone didn't know who he was. He said the team culture was terrible under Marrone. However, he heaps praise on Doug for how he turned everything around.
there is no more time for waiting, time to win is NOW, its absolutely now. We should be gearing for a superbowl.

Get all the ints out the system in practice. By the way, I see the betting odds has the jags at #18 out of all the teams. This is kind of disrespectful I think, but I guess I can understand.
Beathard is throwing dots in training he should be our multi millionaire QB !!!!! - signed - reporter x
Pads aren't on, but the better this Defense is, the better our Offense will be. Lets get it.
It’s not unusual for the defense to be a little ahead this early. Add in the fact that the defensive schemes are new while the offense isn’t and it’s not surprising to see a couple of hiccups. It’ll get straightened out by opening day.

Which aligns somewhat with what Cecil Shorts said. There are more moving parts on offense, especially one with new players and rusty veterans.

Robinson back at LT after a year of suspension and injury.
Cleveland back at LG after a year of being traded with his injury.
Morse inserted into a new offense at C and having to adjust to everything.
Scherff and Harrison are the only real consistency we had last year at RG and RT and both of them had injuries to work through all year.
Ridley out. Brian Thomas Jr. in.
Jones out. Davis in.
Agnew out. Duvernay in.
Kirk back from a core injury.
Lawrence back from multiple injuries.
2nd year players in Bigsby, Washington and Strange working their way into the line-up.
It's common sense for me really. The offense is always more intricate and hard to work through, whereas on defense, 9 times out of 10 you're just reading and reacting. Nielsen is also a lot more aggressive coaching wise than Caldwell is. So, it's not surprising to see the defense off to a better start. Especially in the secondary. As that's where they were looking to improve the most based on the off season additions. Jarrian Jones will more than likely end up being the best overall rookie from this draft class we had back in April.

Very true, you probably take a whole heap of chances on throws you wouldn't attempt in a game.

I've watched a ton of practice reps in my life, sometimes the QB makes a throw to find out if the guy can catch the ball in that situation e.g. tight trail, over the top, high point, back shoulder, etc. You don't want to look for those answers in a real game. Not saying that's what happened on those two throws, but sometimes you get what you want from an interception.
