Yeah, D is going to be good this year.
Getting Nielsen will be the best thing that has ever happened to Travon Walker.

Can someone send this to our O-Line coach, Phil Rauscher ? Maybe Press Taylor as well.

It's where he should have been all along. He won't be physical but he can be the pulling G the Jags need in this run system. RG could be a spot for him as the Jags continue to roll with old, slower, and weaker there for another year (although not have Fortner next to you will make any RG better).

The sky still falling?
The point is not the severity of the injuries now, but the impact a more serious injury will bring later. These relatively minor injuries clearly reveal that if any of the IOL starters go down, there aren't any good backups to step into the breech. No one said the sky is falling, just merely pointing out that the sky is tenuously propped up at the moment.
Thats a more than fair point. Every team wants to have healthy starters every week but look at the QB situation last year, by Week 12 like half the league was starting back up QB's. Injuries are gonna happen and you want as little drop off as possible in your back ups levels. We have on paper a solid starting 5 then Little as the best back up but the quality drops after that and we don't want to have to rely on guys like Fortner to play big stretches of games.
I can't see us making moves that makes solid improvements in preseason but wouldn't be shocked if we start well to maybe make a trade before the deadline to bring in some depth. Sadly Oline is a weak position across the league.
count one Mississippi, two Mississippi, three Mississippi. That all we need on pass protection and we win. Allows the receivers to cover about 26.67 yards before the throw down field, across etc. I assumed a 4.5 forty, you can adjust from there.
Our defence will lead the league in some aspect this year
Why is there so little videos of the actual 7 on 7s or 11 on 11s this year?
I expected to see some actual full plays have i missed them or are they just not available for some reason.
Watching a wr catch a ball that is not contested is not showing me anything. Where are they? Same goes for oline and dline.
Fun seeing Nielsen work with Walker on the striking drill. Asking for more violence. Good [BLEEP]. Need to get him working on a spin move next. A nasty spin move would be sick to see in his arsenal at some point with that strength.
That's the group now though for me. As far as being the most excited to see once preseason starts next week. The entire front four or base alignment in general.
I’m ready to see Bigsby. Last preseason, he was 3rd in the NFL in rushing yards per game, with a 5.7 ypc (5th best in NFL)

I would like to see him as well, picking up the blitz which is what kept him off the field last year.

Just looking for ball security and sure hands out of him in the receiving game this year.
Tyler Shatley announced he's retiring after this season.

Looks like Greg Jones.
Read that hes has been playing the Mike in this Defense. Dude is looking like that old school classic Mike backer that you think of, but with far more length. He's 6'3 with 33" arms and it sounds like he's having no problem carrying that 252lbs around on the field.
He has been getting his hands on a lot of balls so far through camp. I can't wait to watch him this season.

Hopefully, it's not most yards against per rush again.
Cisco with 3 picks today.
