Give me a break. 4-12 is terrible. Being that 2 years in a row is not something to hang your hat on. I don't think they reach 4-12. At best they are 3-13.

At this point, yes he is "the guy".  So far he has shown some leadership and brought some positive things to the locker room.

Actually, facts are completely relevant when everything is taken in context.  I simply pointed out a few fact that the person I was responding to likes to label excuses.  I was simply pointing this out, but hey, feel free to chime in all you want. 

If you asked me right now, I'd have to say No.  He's not.


That doesn't mean he can't be, though.  I've just not seen anything to suggest that he is at this point.  He deserves the shot to prove himself.

Once again we see people claim this magical 3 year process as though it's actually been declared by this regime as their plan. Would somebody PLEASE post a link where either Gus or Dave said it was a 3 year process? Otherwise, the 3 year process is merely a message board fantasy.

The thing is, I don't think most people understand the job of a head coach.  Contrary to the "Madden Game" mind set of a lot of people, the Head Coach doesn't draw up plays and formations, dictate adjustments, acquire/release players, etc.  He is the Manager of the staff of people that do those things.

 

Is he ultimately accountable?  Absolutely.

 

However, if my profession happened to be a professional football player, I certainly would like to work for someone like Bradley.

 

One other thing to look at.  Does the team look better at this point in the season compared to last season?  Put the win/loss record aside and think about it.
