If they have lack of evidence and drop the charges, he's innocent. If not, they would have charged him.
The ONLY way to call the man guilty is to bring him to court and convict him.. If not, he's free and clear..

I got accused for something a while back and there wasn't enough evidence to prosecute me either.. I guess that means I'm still guilty even though I didn't do it..

I'm not saying he's guilty. I'm not even just talking about this case. Being charged with a crime doesn't make you guilty, and not being charged doesn't make you innocent.

There was plenty of evidence. All of it, including the samples the Florida Gator crime lab thought would drill Winston came back empty, exonerated Jameis Winston.
Eleven months of nothing. Not a single peep. Then two weeks before the Gators faced off with Florida State they cry rape.
