Once again, well done.

Quote:That's funny...most people in this thread, minus the completely obvious homers, have stated that they don't know whether he did it or not, but I'm the only one that's unqualified to talk about it. Rolleyes

You still haven't said what you think. You just keep playing devils advocate.

So you have to be 100% on either side to be able to discuss it? Yeah...that makes a lot of sense....

How much longer are you going to tap dance around his question?
Quote:You are crazy.

There was plenty of evidence. All of it, including the samples the Florida Gator crime lab thought would drill Winston came back empty, exonerated Jameis Winston.

Eleven months of nothing. Not a single peep. Then two weeks before the Gators faced off with Florida State they cry rape.

You're not only crazy, but sadly misguided by the media.

You think the New York Times brand name makes things different?

The dogs bark, but the caravan moves on....
So this is on the U of F?
Quote:Some, but from my point of view, I'll call them "agenda's"..
I'm pointing out the obvious, but you've been on a rant the last few pages since I have checked last and you have a pretty obvious agenda as well.

The last few pages have been a discussion about whether or not Winston is considered innocent, and Mr. Sensible's drunken ramblings.. Agenda where?

Did I say that? This is either the 4th or 5th I have had asked what your view point is. If you are going to criticize others then you should at least tell us what you believe or think. You keep dodging the question.
All right yall since we have beaten this like a dead horse, can we talk about the rape cases at Michigan and Mizzou?

Just as long as no one brings up Duke lacrosse.

WingerDinger probably thinks she had an agenda too.

I didn't realize I had to jump through your hoops...

Why not shoot me some statistics McGruff..

No, that is what it seems I have been doing. You could just say I refuse to give my opinion on the case. Pretty simple. And I'm not sure how your response is relevant to what bigjohn said

You think if you keep asking 6 or 7 more times that I'm suddenly going to answer you differently? I don't know what happened that night...why is that so hard for you to understand?

I've been consistent from the get go by saying that the TPD did neither one of those kids any good by the way they ran the investigation.

Lol if this is an example of you letting things go, no wonder you're in legal trouble. (I can't be bothered to be nice to you any more, you clearly have social issues and it really doesn't surprise me that has landed you in hot water with the law).

Tell me again exactly what you have a problem with about my stance that the TPD f'ed up a rape investigation meaning we will probably never know the truth. Coincidentally thats exactly the same as what just about every other poster including yourself has said.

Yup.. It landed me in hot water with the law.. I'm guilty even though I'm innocent. Better juice up the electric chair, grab your pitchfork and light the torch since you and a few others are experienced in that field..

I don't have a problem with your stance, I have a problem with your "shoot first and ask question later" approach to things. Half of you guys completely fail to acknowledge the fact that the man is presumed innocent simply because it doesn't fit into your agenda of "guilty until proven innocent". What else is there to say that hasn't already been said? Please, tell us.. What grounds haven't we discussed here about this case that's considered, "groundbreaking" material? Nothing.. We've been through it all.. The man is presumed Innocent.. Get over it.. What you think and what the facts are, are two different things.. I'm not going to convict the man simply because Barney Fife worked the case the night of the incident. That's a TPD problem, not Winston's..

Whether he did it or not, he's presumed innocent, whether you like that or not..

And how many times are we going to hear, "well what if you had a daughter?".. Well guess what? What if you had a son and some woman tries to ruin his career with slanderous inaccuracies and lies? As many things in this case, it can go both ways. But since the incident involved a woman, she automatically gets a free pass because there's no such thing as a devious, vindictive woman.. Sorry, but I don't live in Make Believe Land..

Really? You have posted your own situation numerous times. Elaborating a bit more in each consecutive one.
