He is the guy. Debate over

Perfectly said.

Anyone still wanting Foles back in there is cognitively impaired.
Minchew makes watching football games fun again.

The QB that Minchew reminds me of is Drew Brees-the brain, the work ethic and the desire to excel.

You pick the BAP in every round with every selection.

For the first time in a very long time the Jaguars have depth at the quaterback position.
This from a national publication shows great insight about our "accidental" quarterback.

He has yet to show his true potential. I'm looking forward to seeing the game slow down completely for him and he is not missing some open targets and less fumbling. Once he has achieved this, he will transform into a speedo and a bandana to become Richardo Minshew.

Anyways, this is a great read. It makes the Jaguars exciting. The most I've seen it in years.
I enjoy watching Minshew play, but I am cautiously optimistic. I'm not ready to crown him as a franchise QB just yet though. I think the kid has loads of potential, but we've been burned before by assuming things so early. He needs more development and that's what he will get, whether it be as a starter or learning behind Foles. Either way, there is finally some hope for the future at the Jags QB position.
Anyone who wants to bench GM for foles needs to stop watching football and go on a long walk to nowhere.

Hell of a find. The first line of his resume should just be 'the guy who found Minshew'.

Could we not afford some new business cards tho?!

Minshew on Foles' potential return: I can't really worry about it

http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000001...y-about-it

Jaguars quarterback Gardner Minshew said he's not concerned with the decision the staff will have to make when Nick Foles is fully healthy.
But, his mind says "You cannot stop the inevitable.".
When the coaching staff switches back to Foles

Minshew "nice."
We absolutely have to roll with Minshew. I don’t care if we traded
Away 10 1st round picks and paid Foles $300M, you go with the guy who has won and kept us in games all year. All of our losses besides KC have been by 1 possession, and that’s mainly all our defense’s fault. This kid loves the game and is tough as hell, I don’t care if he’s not experienced. Now is his time to learn and take the team over. Foles has had his glory, he should take his 50 mil guaranteed and buy a house in philly and retire. I felt bad for Foles at first, but I really feel like starting him is going to cause us to lose games and cause a real rift that it doesn’t need to. He hasn’t played since week 1. I really hope the front office feels the same.
WIth little faith in our FO and the moves they usually make to reflect on, i hope they roll with Minshew. Fans are already ready for a new staff, so it would keep most of us happy, and happy fans usually lead to job security.

fixed

Wait a minute...

You're saying fans are ready for a new staff, but playing 15 the rest of the season would make those fans happy, so then they WILL NOT want a new staff anymore?
Or they'll be happy, but still want a new staff after the current staff just made them happy?

You're all over the place here.
