A pretty good article on Elon Musk and Starlink. Musk has global influence like no other person in history. Because of this widespread influence, he's a political hot potato. But at the same time everyone wants what he's selling.
Both links are the same article but the first one is to the NYT, which is typically behind a paywall. I don't know why it let me in. It has some good graphics as well.
